Welcome to Transfers4Cabo. By accessing and using our transportation services in Los Cabos, Mexico, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a reservation.
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with proof of payment.
1.2. Transfers4Cabo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that has not been fully paid, either due to system technical errors or other reasons.
1.3. Published prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on demand and season.
1.4. Payments are accepted through the methods indicated on our website.
2.1. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If the customer needs to modify their reservation, they may request a date change, subject to availability and with at least 24 hours’ notice.
2.2. In the event of a no-show at the agreed-upon time and place, the reservation will be considered valid, and no refunds or changes will be made.
2.3. Date changes may be subject to additional charges if different rates apply to the new selected date.
3.1. Transfers4Cabo is committed to providing safe and punctual transportation services; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
3.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information at the time of booking, including arrival times, location, and number of passengers.
3.3. The amount of luggage allowed per passenger depends on the type of vehicle reserved. Additional luggage may incur additional charges.
3.4. The consumption of food, alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances is prohibited inside Transfers4Cabo vehicles.
4.1. Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes in advance.
4.2. The client is responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Transfers4Cabo is not responsible for items left in the vehicles.
4.3. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to the passenger’s negligence will be the passenger’s responsibility, including repair costs.
5.1. Transfers4Cabo reserves the right to modify or cancel any reservation or order if the service has not been paid in full, either due to system technical errors or other reasons.
5.2. Transfers4Cabo also reserves the right to modify or cancel any service in the event of force majeure, safety conditions, or breach of the terms by the client.
5.3. If the company must cancel a service for reasons beyond the client’s control, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or pay for a future reservation.
6.1. Personal information provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of managing the service and will not be shared with third parties without their consent.
6.2. Transfers4Cabo implements security measures to protect its customers’ data but is not responsible for possible security breaches in third-party platforms used for payment processing.
7.1. Any dispute or claim related to Transfers4Cabo‘s services will be governed by the laws in force in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
7.2. Any legal proceedings must be brought before the competent courts of Los Cabos.
